Orders are usually shipped within three working days. Custom made interconnects may take up to five working days to handle. We ship once or twice a week, usually on Monday and/or Thursday.

A flat rate shipping and handling is calculated based on the total amount of the purchase as follows:

All orders above value of £75 GBP* are handled and shipped by one of Israel Post's express services, ECO Post or EMS, according to the destination**. (ECO POST service is an international expedited shipping option offered by the Israel Postal Company). ECO POST and EMS expected delivery time is 3-7 business days to main destinations with full Internet tracking- Shortly after your order was shipped you should have received an automated message with your tracking number.

To track your order, use either Israel Post Track & Trace as shown below, or kindly use the tracking tool provided by your country's national postal service.

* A small items which are below the value of £150, may be shipped via registered mail service in cases which ECO post is not available to the destination country.  A registered (“sign-for”) delivery is recommended for small items and proved itself as reliable and low priced. Registered mail usually takes 5-14 days to arrive, depending on it’s destination.  

** ECO POST delivery currently available to the following countries: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, US and Canada, and Australia.
